Order Cancellations

You can request to cancel your order 24h of placing it, as long as it has not been processed or shipped.

If your order has already shipped, you can still return it by following the returns process below.

2. Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a [30]-day Money-Back Guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within [30] days of receiving your order.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If approved, we’ll send return instructions and the return address.
7. Return Shipping Costs

Customer-paid returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective/damaged or incorrect.

Store-paid returns: If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective, damaged in transit), we will cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
8. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:

9. Exchanges
